Get to Know the Pins on the Debut 2029 Watchlist

The pins on the 2029 watchlist have already made a name for themselves. Several were named to the WVCA All-State teams. Even more players dominated their own high school seasons, tryouts, and showcases, and are set to show even more growth this club season. Let's dive in!    <h2 class="wp-block-heading">All State Honorees</h2>   It is a significant achievement to be named to the WVCA All-State teams as a freshman, so we will start with the freshmen on our watchlist who earned those honors.    Claire was an essential piece of the Hamilton state championship this year. She is a powerhouse pin who puts up a massive block. What makes her a top-level athlete is her ability to perform at a high level on both pins. She puts up a massive block and adjusts her swings accordingly, no matter where she is playing. Claire was named to the WVCA Division 1 2nd Team All-State Team.     Faith was a consistent force for Hamilton this past season, though she absolutely dominated at the state tournament. She was unstoppable in the state championship match. Her mix of shots really sets her apart, especially her ability to find seams and tool opposing blocks. She also has a powerhouse swing that goes over and around many blocks. Faith will be an exciting athlete to watch as she continues to develop her game. Faith was named to All-State Honorable Mention.     Hadley is another powerhouse pin that is defining the talent in this class. She was a key player for Notre Dame Academy this past fall and will play for [program_tooltip program_id='428591' first='FC' last='Elite'] 16 Elite this upcoming club season. Her efficiency is unmatched, and she can play all six rotations. Hadley is a player who is competitive, motivated, and plays to win. She was named to Division 2 All-State Honorable Mention this past fall.     Pacyn is another standout in this class, taking the court by storm. She also earned Division 2 All-State Honorable Mention for her contributions during the high school season. Pacyn is one of the most well-rounded athletes in this class and will be playing on [program_tooltip program_id='428591' first='FC' last='Elite'] 16 Elite. She is an absolute powerhouse who can consistently earn points from nearly anywhere on the court.     Lilli is an impact player in every sense of the word. She is a high-flying pin who can terminate in the front and back row. Her passing also sets her apart from many of the pins in this class. She passes with a high efficiency and is scrappy on defense. Lilli was named to Division 4 1st Team All-State.     Attigun is an incredibly impressive athlete. She doesn't miss a beat on the court and shows great grit and resilience on every single point. Her sound fundamentals set her up for success, and she moves her shots around. One thing that sets Attigun apart is her ability to make quick decisions and hide them until the last moment, making her nearly impossible to read. She can also play on both pins and earned Division 4 All-State Honorable Mention for her freshman season.    <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Top Names to Know</h2>    Ryanne is a player who made an immediate impact at Waukesha North. She demonstrated strong leadership and maturity with her all-around play. Ryanne is an athlete who can be depended on to earn points in big moments and can make plays on defense and in serve receive as well.     Brooke was a key piece of Grafton's state runner-up finish this year. She has significant potential and demonstrated strong grit throughout the high school season. Brooke impressed me with her ball control and ability to place the ball with power and precision. She is a standout in this class and one to watch this coming club season.     I remember seeing Natalie at the Gauntlet this spring and then again at our Freshman Showcase. She is an athlete who plays fearlessly and is absolutely relentless on offense. Natalie is explosive and has some very impressive kills. She is a physical player who never backs down and is unafraid to take risks to score.     Maia is a player who showed just how high she can fly during the high school season, when she was a go-to hitter for DSHA, the state runner-up. Maia did incredibly well under pressure throughout the season. Her continued experience this club season will only elevate her talent to even higher levels.     Ali is a high-flying pin with clean contact and good ball control. Ali was consistent in transition and stepped into a large role for Luxemburg-Casco this season who battled their way to the state tournament. Ali will be a major player for them in the coming years, and she could explode onto the scene.    <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Game Changers You Can't Miss</h2>    Avery is an absolute gamer. She can change the course of a game in an instant with her energy, competitiveness, and high volleyball IQ. Avery's defense and serve receive alone make her a threat to every team she competes against. Add in her explosive approach, sky-high vertical, and toolbox of shots, and she can terminate on offense at an extremely high efficiency as well.     Mallory brings consistency and huge point-earning potential to every team she plays on. She was a leader on her club team last season and has continued to improve her game. Mallory is competitive yet very smart, and a player I am excited to watch throughout this club season.     Norah is a player with extensive on-court experience. She has great fundamentals and uses her IQ to earn points and read opponents. Norah is reliable, competitive, and shows no signs of slowing down as we head into this club season.
