About Adalynn

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I play a pretty fast paced game. I'm loud on the court, always talking, calling plays as a setter and communicating as well as being supportive of my teammates and sharing in their big moments as well as when they struggle. I can lead in moments that are tough.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I don't get down on myself easily. I have lots of grit when I play and I play hard no matter what the score is. When I make a mistake I correct it mentally and make sure to fix it for next time. I am very coachable and am always wanting to improve. I am a supportive teammate and always celebrate others victories.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I participate in Student Council, FCCLA, I volenteer a lot outside of school and sports.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I'm able to communicate effectivly with many different types of people. I have gained the ability to lead on and off the court. I have learned to work with other people to obtian certain goals.I have learned just how important giving back is and that being nice is not the same as being kind.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have faced tough injuries that set me back, but I worked to push through the injuries and come back better than I was both mentally and physically.

What type of college are you looking for?

A college that has majors that I'm interested in. Also, a college that is not in a big city.
