Ray is a player that impressed us during in-person scouting opportunities of her freshman season of 2025 at Bondurant-Farrar. She offered upside at the pin and in defending the back row. For Iowa Impact 15-1 Elite this club year, Ray locked in as a libero. A good athlete with lateral quickness and sharp reflexes, she covers a lot of ground in defending against the attack. Ray is sound in serve-receive, tracking the ball and stepping to the spot. She communicates well with teammates in helping get everybody on the same page.
