Allen is a fantastic middle to watch. She is strong, quick, and has a heavy arm that can put down an array of shots. Opposing teams better be especially careful when she is in the front row as she plays and reads the net extremely well. She makes team suffer greatly on overpasses. Neysa is also an excellent blocker. At Maple Grove where she preps, Allen averaged 1.4 kills/set but also contributed to 69 blocks on the season.
