Tooley is a playmaker all over the court for the Purples. She snaps balls through holes in double blocks and into seams and makes good in-air adjustments to hit balls to open deep corners down lines. Tooley can also put across nice crosses and is developing a nice cut shot. Tooley does not get frustrated when first hits do not go down. She continues to swing. Tooley is also sound on defense with crisp first touches. Tooley only lunges out of necessity.

Tooley is a sound six-rotation player for the deep Purples. She takes powerful rips, coming in nice off fakes. She also mixes in nice off shots different places such as down lines. Defensively, Tooley goes hard after balls. She reacts quickly on blocked balls. One of her biggest attributes is she’s coachable.

Tooley is another exciting young player the Purples have coming up. Tooley anticipates balls well then makes precise two to three-point passes. She lines up well behind blockers not hiding behind blocks. She only veers on her knees to dig up balls if necessary. Offensively, Tooley already has a nice vertical jump. She can pound balls through and over blocks. Bowling Green head coach Keith Carver said he expects to see her step in a six-rotation player this fall with her athleticism. Carver added he’d like to see her grow on back row defense during the spring.
