Romine has been a contributor on first touches. She positions herself well behind the Bowling Green blockers and moves quickly to get under balls for precises first touches. Romine has made quick connections with her teammates thus allowing for a smooth transition.

Romine transitions from defense to offense quickly. Romine is turning into a sound all-around player. She makes clean passes, takes sound swings and lands aces with her powerful jump serve.
