Kuehn tried to diversify her game as much as possible, but had a great reading on how each of her hitters was doing during the match and made great decisions with her distribution, leaving the court with 31 assists. She used her middles as much as she could and found in them viable scoring options when her pin hitters were oscillating. Kuehn is an emerging setter in the Katy area and she certainly showed what she’s about on Saturday. She’s a tall setter at 5’10” and uses her length and long arms to make good pressure with her blocking, but is extremely mobile on the court. Her ball handling is incredibly smooth and she typically does an excellent job with her ball distribution. Kuehn also did very well on the defensive drills and is an excellent server. She has a very good attitude on the court too as she’s always calm and appearing to having fun.

The setter made great use of her playing time on set one and left an excellent impression, with 12 assists to her name. She did a great job with her ball distribution, using all of her hitters and moving them around as much as possible. It was truly impressive how Kuehn was able to keep the team playing in the same place both in side out and in transition. She helped on defense and scored on a crafty setter dump.
