In a region that isn’t particularly heavy with Middles, Noya is a problem for most schools they run into. She had a dominant showing at a Crofton hosted tournament last year, and then moved to Metro for club season, where I’m sure she got a good chunk of coaching and development, they do a good job of that over there. So coming back as a senior, I’m a little afraid of how much she may be able to take over games. There are a few teams out there that have height and shut down middles, but not many, and if you leave her unchecked, Noya is able to take over a game and put it away with help from the two setters that both have middle-setting touch.

is the hitter that stands out that you are watching for, but Noya all day was getting big kills and blocks everywhere you looked. This extra National level team looks like it can be a great platform for girls exactly like this, who may have not been able to crack the very top teams rosters and giving them a chance to shine.
