About Taylor
How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
At 5’4”, I bring relentless energy, quick feet, and sharp court awareness to every play. Known for excellent instincts and a positive, team-first attitude, I consistently read hitters well, react fast to tips and attacks, and keep rallies alive with confident, controlled passing. I am vocal leader in the back row, and bring hustle and heart to every point.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
A vocal leader with a calm, focused demeanor, I bring steady energy to the team, never getting too high or too low—especially in high-pressure moments. My balanced mentality allows me to lock in when it’s time to compete, while still creating a positive environment with a well-timed smile or word of encouragement. I consider myself a true competitor who leads with both poise and personality.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
I am a member of Mentor in Violence Prevention (MVP), a school-based organization focused on bullying awareness and prevention and peer support. I was nominated by a coach/teacher to join, and through MVP, I've had the opportunity to lead by example, speak out against harmful behaviors, and help create a more positive environment for my school and community.

Gilbreaith developed her game in one of the state’s top prep programs as a ninth-grader last season. She’s used that experience at Centennial to her advantage in club ball with Impact. I scouted her at the Northern Lights National Qualifier and then at the Iowa Regional Qualifier a week later. Gilbreaith played a key role for that outfit. She has a good feel for the back row, moving quickly to her spots and delivering accurate passes. Gilbreaith’s serving is reliable and can be dangerous when she gets in a groove.
