Schnell has steadily moved her way up in the 2025 rankings, and after an incredibly successful club season with G3 18-1, she has secured her spot in the top 10. Confidently executing a 5-1 the past two seasons with G3, her abilities as a top setter were hard to miss when watching the team in action. Her instincts and court vision on who to set and when are impeccable. Technically, she has a natural hand strength that allows her to push the ball to the pins, translating less-than-perfect passes into swingable balls. Her jump set has developed nicely over the past year, and she opts to use it as much as possible. The intensity and energy she brings to the court help to bolster her team's success. Schnell is still uncommitted, so whatever college program snags this top setter will surely be a lucky one.

Emerson has continued to make significant moves in the 2025 rankings since her freshman year. After her club season with Athena 17-1 Gold, in which she shouldered a significant load, it was apparent she deserved a spot in the top 20. Rarely seen off the court, she was their primary right-side attacker and right-back defensive specialist, as the team typically ran a 5-1, allowing her to stay on the court. A high-flying left-handed attacker, she proved unstoppable from the right pin; with stellar court vision, she knew when to tool, tip, or swing. Across the backcourt, she moves with ease, displaying a solid touch on the first contact, disciplined on serve receive, and quick on defense. Emerson recently committed to play for Westmont College, where she is sure to make an impact on their program.

Gugliotta turned heads this club season with Rise VBC 17-1 Flagship, who had arguably one of the most dynamic and powerful middle combos between her and [player_tooltip player_id='268757' first='Cali' last='Bitzer']. After watching her team compete at CEVA Regionals, there was no question she needed to be in the top 30 for the class of 2025. She oozes athleticism, which translates to her play on the court, allowing her to be fast and aggressive in transition. She is explosive and gets off the ground quickly to obliterate the quick. Her ability to turn the ball to avoid the block and score was noted. Still uncommitted, she is sure to make a considerable impact on a college program. Also, one of the state's top basketball players, Gugliotta, may be looking to play both at the next level.

Cornell has made major strides in her game, showcasing steady improvement with each season she plays. For NPJ Portland 17-1 National this past club season, she shouldered a significant load offensively and defensively. Rarely seen off the court, she was utilized as a six-rotation outside hitter. On the attack, she was fed often and, with exceptional court vision, found ways to score. Cornell has impressive leaping abilities, coupled with a fast arm swing, allowing her to hammer the ball into the open court. Her ball control is top-notch, so much so that she was her high school team's libero during her sophomore season. Still uncommitted, Cornell will be a fantastic pick-up for a college program.

Freeman has continued to make steady improvements to her all-around game over the past year. After watching her compete with Rise VBC 17-1 Flagship this past club season, we knew she deserved to move up significantly in the 2025 rankings. She was a key offensive weapon for the team on the pins. She displays good wrist work to target the opposing team's holes, which often results in a kill. With a heavy arm, when she connects with the ball, it is booming. She also proved her ability to play six rotations at a high level, playing all around at times, given the team's 5-1 setter system. Freeman has not yet committed to a collegiate program but will undoubtedly be a stellar pick-up.

Brewer started her prep volleyball journey in the 100s on our rankings but has continued to make significant strides in her game, breaking into the top 50 with this last update. This past club season with NPJ Portland 17-1 National, she was the team's starting middle blocker and did a lot of damage at the net. She is a huge blocking presence, aggressive, and hungry to block the ball, taking up a lot of space with her press. She showcases a lot of potential and is nowhere near her ceiling in terms of skill. This potential and raw athleticism got the attention of Portland State University, a Division 1 program on the rise. Brewer committed to the Vikings in May of this year.

Winebarger caught our attention when watching COVC 18-1 National play at CEVA Regionals. As one of two setters in rotation, we saw her executing a 6-2 offense. She displayed good decision-making skills, feeding her hot hitters, setting against the grain to give them the ball. She is disciplined with her feet, getting under the ball, and when possible, she utilizes an athletic jump set. Her stellar defense also stood out, as she easily dug hard-driven balls. Winebarger is currently not committed to a college program but will certainly be a stellar pickup.

Holder has worked her way up the 2025 rankings, flexing her versatility and heart with each season she plays. This past club season, she saw court time as a six-rotation pin hitter with NPJ Portland 18-1 National. Although undersized at 5'6”, she found creative ways to score, tooling the block and working around it with tips and chips. When there was a hole or an open net, she used her impressive leaping abilities and quick arm to hammer the ball into the deep corners. Her natural position would probably be as a defensive specialist, given her steady ball control and relentless pursuits on defense. However, when her high school team needed a setter, she was more than willing to step into this role. Skill aside, the competitive energy and hype for her teammates she brings to the court is always electrifying to watch. Holder has yet to commit to a college program, but will undoubtedly be a great pick-up!
