[player_tooltip player_id='560368' first='Elle' last='Hatlevig'] has been putting up plenty of points in her two years at Norwalk. She is nearing 900 career kills. What she brings to the court is a total six rotation game where she can serve receive, pass, attack, and is the type of attacker who can score out of system. She has shown she can score points at a high level where her Iowa Premier 15-1 team qualified for USAV 15 Open. This past summer she attended camps at Iowa State, Kansas State, Minnesota, South Dakota, Miami, and UNI. She is also a state placewinner in the high jump. She will be one who could be a fast commit come June 15.

What an athlete. [player_tooltip player_id='573313' first='Deviryn' last='McCarty'] has been the libero for Kairos out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota where they were consistently one of the top 15s teams in the country during the 2025 club season. Watching her live, she just moves so well on the court, she makes the libero position look effortless. Kairos has produced a lot of high level liberos and she falls in line with all of the greats, with high level training and fundamentals. She attended camps at UNI, Louisville, Kansas, and Mizzou while also getting an invite to NTDP. For the high school season, she is a stellar outside hitter for MOC-Floyd Valley. She suffered an injury during the high school season, but she'll be back. Her ability to control the first touch in multiple scenarios changes the game for her side of the net.

What is most impressive about the game of [player_tooltip player_id='545971' first='Avery' last='Cordes'] is that she can terminate in multiple front row positions. For her Waukee Northwest high school team she is a terminal middle blocker, she can run multiple routes and tempos to score points. For Iowa Premier, she can play on the pin. I like her ability to block, attack, and score points on the right side. With an expanded backcourt game she could be one who could play six rotations and attack out of right back.

A true quarterback, a floor general. [player_tooltip player_id='545946' first='Addison' last='Waldorf'] has been a proven winner. This fall she led her Humboldt Wildcats to a Class 3A runner up finish that included an upset over top ranked Western Christian in the semifinals. As a setter, her range is extremely impressive. She can be on one sideline and push it to the opposite sideline on a dime. With her footwork and IQ, she gets her hands on everything, she receives the ball high and remains neutral where the defense is always guessing. She is also a physical presence at the net with her block and defends her position well. She will be back for Iowa Premier 16s this season where there will be plenty of eyes on their court with all of their talent.

What a presence. [player_tooltip player_id='781456' first='Morgan' last='Kooiman'] of Western Christian is a force to be reckoned with. She is a strong 6'3 middle with a wide wing span. She is someone the other side of the net always is aware of when it comes to her offense and her ability to close the split on the pins. She can hit tempos in front and behind the setter while also mixing in high IQ shots. She has played for Salty out of Norhwest Iowa, but has also played in some events with Iowa Premier. Her ceiling is real high and will be fun to see where she lands. With Dordt and Northwestern down the road she could continue that pipeline or there are plenty of D1s who would love to get her on campus.

Such a physical attacker, [player_tooltip player_id='516002' first='Julia' last='Schlarbaum'] is an outside hitter who has been playing for Clear Creek-Amana and Iowa United. When she attacks, the ball strike just sounds different where it all pops. She has the potential to have a big season at Iowa United where she can connect with setter [player_tooltip player_id='701976' first='Adelyn' last='Stien']. With the momentum she picked up this high school season, she will be able to set the tone in 2026.

I remember watching [player_tooltip player_id='730419' first='Hailey' last='Wiederin'] this club season for Iowa Premier and was impressed with her length and attacking ability. But there is nothing better than seeing an athlete thrive on a large stage. At the state tournament, she was a key player for Ankeny in their quarterfinal five set win against Dowling when she collected 18 kills in five sets. There is a big upside to the game of Wiederin. She has positive intangibles, big wingspan, and will be an prospect that instate volleyball programs would love to get.

[player_tooltip player_id='845755' first='Kennedy' last='Klein'] is another athlete who had a solid state tournament appearance where she racked up 11 kills in a quarterfinal loss to Ankeny. However, I remember seeing Klein play on the pin for her [program_tooltip program_id='555793' first='RVA' last='Roots'] 15s team last spring at the JVA World Challenge. I just wrote, “Who is that kid who can fly”. And that was Klein. She is so smooth where she transitions well from her pass to attack. She can handle a high volume of serve receive and is able to mix in some finesse with her power. Her contact point is high and is the type of attacker who can score from the outside or right side out of serve receive.

The way that [player_tooltip player_id='702737' first='Alena' last='Schaack'] can sky is just different. She plays out of the middle for Iowa Premier and preps at Woodward-Granger high school. There are some middles who dominate with their size, while Schaack is dominant with her speed and athleticism. She is able to find the deep corners where there is always an opening and can hit the offspeed where she can find the open spot. Her connection with her club setter [player_tooltip player_id='545946' first='Addison' last='Waldorf'] is so money!

[player_tooltip player_id='742600' first='Piper' last='Hodge'] preps for Davenport Assumption where she is coming off a Class 3A state title. She will suit up for Iowa Select this upcoming club season. What is impressive about the game of Hodge is her range. She can cover half the court from the libero position and is one you want to avoid serving at. With her first contact, Assumption was able to let their setter/middle duo of [player_tooltip player_id='389006' first='Carsyn' last='Kelley'] and [player_tooltip player_id='230661' first='Ellah' last='Derrer'] terminate out of the middle.
