Who are the Top 10 Ranked Players in the Updated 2028 Rank?

This group of Top 10 athletes is absolutely stacked with talent, and, as the club season gets underway, they will be itching to show just how high their talent can reach. There are four clubs represented in the top 10, and three others are included among the top 15 athletes. We also had several athletes break into the top 10 in this class and perform exceptionally well in the last few months. Let's dive in.    Tegan plays at such an incredible level. She has trained with the NTDP and is just a fierce athlete and competitive player. When she is on the court, she is relentless. I have had the opportunity to see Tegan play at showcases, during club, and during the high school season, and she consistently performs for her team. Whether she is setting or hitting, Tegan impacts the game in enormous ways. She has a high volleyball IQ and has set herself apart not only as the top athlete in this class but also as one of the top athletes in Wisconsin across all grade levels.     It is not often that we have two setter/hitter athletes as the top two-ranked players in the class, but Lorelei is simply a playmaker and game-changer. She is smart, gritty, and highly efficient with every ball she touches. Lorelei stood out immediately when I saw her play during the club season last year. It's not just her talent but her decision-making, leadership, and intangibles that truly make Lorelei one of the top players in this class.     Harper is a player who is incredibly competitive. She was a stock-riser in this class and exploded into the #3 spot. Her performance during the high school season was just fun to watch. Harper stepped up as a leader in all six rotations and just dominated. Besides her high-level physical talent and all-around play, Harper truly stood out as a great teammate, especially at the Exposure Tour. No matter who she was next to, what grade they were in, she was always chatting, high-fiving, and just enjoying the game. The combination of Harper's skill and intangibles makes her a true all-around athlete who can positively impact nearly every aspect of the game.     To say this class is stacked with talented setter/right sides would be a massive understatement. Quinn sets herself apart with her clean and precise play. She is also a gritty defender and can distinguish between scrappy plays and when her crisp ball control is best. Quinn runs the court incredibly well and isn't afraid to take control of a match. She is a talented leader and setter who will run down any ball to better it for her teammates.     Kaitlyn is currently listed as a libero/ds on her club roster, but has played as a 6-rotation pin up until this point. Regardless of her position, she will give her all. Kaitlyn's grit and resilience have set her apart since the first time I saw her play. She can play multiple positions and is a utility player. Kaitlyn is also highly competitive and will do what it takes to win.     Willow is the type of player who you notice as soon as you enter a gym. Her high snap, powerhouse jump serve, and massive rips on the ball from the pin just never cease to grab your attention. She is an aggressive, fearless player who never backs down in tight matches. Her sky-high vertical and sheer athleticism set her apart from other players in this class. Willow will play for Madtown 16-1 National this season and will join an already highly competitive roster. It will be fun to see what the team can accomplish this season.     Sylvia is among the smartest players on the court. She can outplay even the toughest opponents. Her volleyball IQ and court awareness are some of the best in the state, and she uses that to her advantage at every opportunity. Every time I have seen Sylvia play, she has elevated her game, and it has been an incredible process to watch. The effort she must invest to achieve those gains is likely substantial. Sylvia was another top-10 stock riser, and if she continues improving at this rate, being ranked #7 won't be her last stop.     Aspen plays with the power and maturity of an upperclassman. She is driven, focused, and efficient on the court. Her pass to attack is pristine, and she can manufacture points in all six rotations. When she was at the Sizzle, several coaches asked me which college she was committed to; they were surprised to learn she was in the class of 2028! Aspen simply has that level of leadership and impact when she plays. She mixes up her shots effectively and is highly disciplined across all her skills.     If you have not had the chance to see Addison play, add it to your list. She is hands down one of the grittiest liberos you will come by. The speed with which she reacts to the ball in coverage is amazing to watch. She covers a large area of the court on defense and serve-receive, which frees up her hitters to transition sooner. Addison is a libero who plays for her team at all times and will do just about anything to keep the ball alive.     Whitney is a player whose impact on the court cannot be understated. She has a high contact on the ball and a quick snap. Whitney moves the ball around with quick precision and is almost surgical with her shot selection. That being said, she makes great adjustments in out-of-system plays and can utilize nearly any set to earn points. Whitney is a player I am excited to watch over the course of this club season and one who will likely only continue to impress at a high level.
