My Favorite Players From The Top Teams In Indiana

The cream has risen, great teams have separated themselves in their respective classes, and there are players that are going above and beyond the average requirements of success to carry their schools. I just love a left-handed kid that can hit all of the angles with pace, plus sprinkle in a little blocking for good measure. That explains her commitment to Kentucky for next fall, but doesn't tell the whole story. When attacking, the ball <em>sounds</em> different coming off of her hand. On serve receive and defense, she can easily pass half the court and control play from the whistle. Hali is carrying her own weight on the attack, thankyouverymuch. For the 18-7 Pioneers, she's the main part of the engine that has kept Providence in the top spot of 3A all season long. Not often are we talking about big kids when speaking of Providence, so Miss Manos' arrival to the Pioneer volleyball program has been a breath of fresh air. Big, physical and relentless, Isabella can terminate, block and cause opponents to alter their shots just by her mere presence. If so, start with Sarah, as her size, athletic ability and all-around volleyball acuity is off the charts, and has been for some time. The Notre Dame commit is a legit Power 4 outside hitter, and can make plays in all aspects of the game, from offense to defense to serving. They're everywhere in Indiana, no matter where you look. However, Cala is a different level of defender in comparison. The #1 recruit in the class of ‘28 and USA National Team hopeful, Miss Haffner makes the game slow down and look easy in comparison to every other defender.
