These are players who can make opposing outside hitters nervous and panic mid-swing. On the offensive side, these are players who can score at will and have the ability to be total game changers. The craziest part is that they still have 3 seasons of high school ball yet!
Rossum is a primary setter, but with her size, she should never leave the court. Whether she is running a 5-1 and keeping the opposing defense on their toes or if she is part of a 6-2 and takes a booming swing from the right side, she is highly valuable. Rossum is a dynamic athlete who can be a big time game changer in matches.
Highlights
Gilk is a strong 6’1 lefty who works hard through every rally. She has a big block and really high contact point that has really put Synergy on the map this past season and caught the attention of some big programs. Gilk has a wicked float to go with her natural athleticism and booming swing. She will make Champlin Park a program to watch out for this fall.

Faris made her way onto my radar with her performance for Minneota at the Minnesota State Tournament. Her style of play showed an intense level of determination. Faris knows how to establish a block and she works hard to be involved offensively.
Bettis is a point scorer with decent size and an explosive vertical. She has a really high contact point and swings with a fast and heavy arm. Bettis works hard throughout the rally, starting with the very first contact until she terminates for a point. She has an incredibly high ceiling and a great attitude and work ethic.

Moore is a solid pin hitter and can terminate if needed. She accelerates on the last step of her approach, gets her feet to the ball, and sees the split in the block and gaps left by the defense. Moore puts up a solid block with disciplined hands.
