Andie Burns brings a dynamic, read-based approach to running the offense. She does an excellent job using her eyes and body positioning to hold blockers before releasing the ball, creating seams that aren’t immediately visible. Her ability to vary tempo—especially to the pins—keeps defenses from settling into a rhythm.
She’s particularly effective in transition, where she stays balanced and delivers quick decisions without hesitation. Andie’s offense feels fluid because of how well she adapts in real time. Andie works nonstop on the court. She is an absolute gamer who is relentless, consistent, and leads by example. There is nothing she expects her teammates to do that she won’t do herself. She delivers in every possible way. She was making great connections with each of her hitters at the Sizzle, and that will only continue to develop as the season gets underway. Andie is an incredibly talented setter who can run in all six rotations and is likely to step into a big leadership role this year. Based on her performance at the Sizzle, she is more than ready.

Andi is a setter who makes the tough plays look easy. She is quick across the court, makes clean plays even in scramble situations, and has great placement of the ball. She keeps the tempo fast even when she is behind the ten-foot line. Andi can also swing across the front row and earn numerous points per set. She is smart with her shots but can take big rips as well.
