Richter competed for Elevation ‘s second 15U team and made gains in her stock with her aggressiveness and ability to be terminal through the quickest tempos. She moves well around her setter and has good spacing and timing to be able to score with good heat and movement. One of her best attributes is that she brings good competitive energy that can ignite those around her. Look for her to compete for some time in Ursuline’s rotation after the graduation of some key pieces.

Richter will provide one of the best arms among this group as she can bring it at the net with good pace that gets the ball onto the opposing defense fast. She is fluid in her transition and approach and can score through different options. The relationship with her setter has been solid with Elevation ‘s top 15U team and will be key to her impact for this all-star squad. Her high school effort is with Mount Notre Dame during the fall.

Competing for Elevation ‘s second 15U team, Richter is developing into one of the best middles in their club at this age group and in the greater Cincy area overall. She tracks the ball well in a variety of serve receive patterns and in transition as well which helps her create good space around her setter and off the net. With that space, combined with her contact point, she can put some good power behind the ball and with good range of the opponent’s court.
