Her offensive game also stood out for her excellent choices, which avoided unforced errors and allowed her to score with smart plays. Shayne’s older sister Daisy got going after a somewhat slow first set and was pivotal for Fulshear’s victory. The senior’s offensive power was of great importance for the team throughout the match as she thrived in out-of-system plays by using her high contact point and heavy right arm to overpower opposing blockers. Voskuhl also had a great blocking presence, limiting the possibilities for opponents and getting some stops. Originally a right side hitter, she did a solid job with her passing, dealing well with most of the serves that went her way.
