Randol continues to do a good job of mixing up her sets to get a number of hitters involved, including the back sets. She is a sound leader on the court for the UA 16 Green squad. However, she is also taking some solid swings for the team. That could come in handy for the Jaguars in the fall. Randol said more versatility makes the team stay more consistent and gain more energy.

Randol took more steps forward at the event. Randol constantly monitored the landscape near the net and put balls where her hitters could put them down. Randol will continue to grow with more repetitions and experience in the spring.

Randol (pictured) came on later in the season splitting the sets for the Jaguars in their run to the state championship game. Randol makes good passes then quickly transitions to offense whether it is setting up hitters on taking spike attempts. Randol will only improve with experience. Randol had 322 assists and 101 digs for the Jaguars this past season.

On one play, Randol may take a swing then set up hitters on the next one. She brings that versatility to the 6-2 Mercy attack that changes a good bit. She’s also not afraid to go hard after balls keeping plays alive. Randol said the versatility has helped the Jaguars improve throughout the season and be efficient with their play.

Randol has emerged as a solid setter for the Jaguars this season. Randol has connected with the Mercy hitters putting them in position to succeed and has been a valuable defender in the Mercy rotation. She lunges after balls using one arm to often dig up balls and covers soft touches well. Setter dumps do not fool her easily. Randol has 246 assists and 75 digs on the season for the Jaguars.
