Olivia can hold down the back court! She has a great instinctual sense where the ball is going and has her feet moving well before most. She connects squarely for the first contact and can return those hard swings and get them up and accurately to the setter. She digs whole heartedly and shows great composure and confidence in her play! She adapts moving quickly and easily with the play and has fast footwork. She was a standout repeatedly.

Welsh plays for a fast-paced club team and it transitioned to the high school season. Welsh moves her feet well then squares her arms up to balls to make sound two to three-point passes. Welsh has a nice jump floating serve. Welsh had 120 digs this past fall, helping the Jaguars go 28-11 and win another 6th Region championship.
