Smith brings a lot of strength to HJV 18 Elite in the middle with her physical game. She’s one of the most effective blockers in the entire state, moving very well around the net and making big moves up at the net to shut down opposing hitters. One of the best things about Smith’s blocking is that she rarely leaves any gaps between her and the pin blocker, forcing the hitter to go around her block, often channeling them right into defense. The middle is a very prolific offensive player too, hitting all sorts of different sets with tremendous power and efficiency.
