Carr has come on extremely strong in this 2024 club season. She has been a right side for MKE Sting 16 Black where she has a really heavy arm, can score points in bunches, and provides a big block as well. This MKE Sting 16 Black team won 16 USA MEQ and has consistently placed high in events all season. They aren’t afraid to go head to head with the open level squads. With the likes of Carr on the right side, this allows Sting to really stretch the front line of the opposing side where they have a deep roster of attackers who know how to score.

Callie has done nothing but impress this season. She is developing as a high-level right-side hitter. Callie jumped from 44th in the rankings to 30th. She is a go-to player on her team and executes efficiently. Callie has really developed her different shots and can consistently perform.

Callie seems to have found her rhythm this season. She has a high contact point and a powerful swing. What sets her apart is her ability to pick shots and execute on the right side. She is also a tough blocker who gets consistently good touches on balls coming over the net.

Callie has really exploded onto the scene in the past year. She has developed into a powerhouse right side who can also set. Callie was a key player during the club season and has earned some playing time on the DSHA varsity team. Callie is an athlete who is full of potential to be a great player. She was selected for the Badger Region High Performance camp this past summer and has been competing with and against the best in the state.

I saw Carr a lot at the Prep Dig Battle at the Bay but I was excited to get another chance to see her some more at the Chi-Town Classic. She has a lot of length and natural athleticism. Carr is strong and can move the ball around while jump setting easily. BUT what I loved most was what I saw on the sidelines. Her teammate missed a serve and came out of the game and Carr was this genuinely super positive greeter. I then noticed her constantly building her teammates up and she might be the ultimate hype woman if you need one!
