This Milwaukee Sting 16 Black squad from this past season was exciting with a crew of real dynamic athletes.  Brooke Umbarger Brooke Umbarger 6'1" | OH Divine Savior Holy Angles | 2028 State WI brings length and physicality to the net where she can score on either pin as well as provide a a solid block. She was able to get to some college camps before making her verbal to play at Bowling Green.  She won’t be the only Sting alum at Bowling Green as Karli Molnau is currently on the squad having 12 kills in a huge win against Ohio State. 

Brooke Umbarger Brooke Umbarger 6'1" | OH Divine Savior Holy Angles | 2028 State WI is so terminal.  She can score points on the outside, right side, you name it she’s going to find a way to put points on the board.  There is an upside to her game that is exciting, with her length and athleticism there is a lot of potential for her to grow her all around game.  She takes smart angles to the ball which allows her to score in a variety of ways.  Her last two steps are fast, she attacks with a purpose. Definitely keep track of this 2028. 

Brooke was nearly unstoppable in the match I saw today. She was a high-flying pin that was unloading on the ball. Her power and placement were spot on. Brookes balance of physicality and smart play makes her tough to stop in the front row. She is also incredibly disciplined and doesn’t miss a beat.
