Elianna is a high level attacker for the class of 2030. Just by watching her for a few plays, you can tell she works hard to perfect the little things. Her approach and platform are smooth and come very natural to her. Her determination to be good at every aspect of the game really showed in her gameplay. She jumps out of the gym which allowed her to hit high and have great vision of the court to score.

Elianna Miles Elianna Miles 5'8" | OH/DS/L Divine Savior Holy Angles | 2030 WI stood out right away.  The six rotation outside hitter showed plenty of all around skill and athleticism.  She was able to take big rips on the outside while also showing some finesse, a very creative scoring style.  She was a member of the Milwaukee Sting 14 Gold team this past year who earned a 14 Open bid and will be heading to a state power in DSHA for her freshman season.  Between her high school and club volleyball, she will be accustomed to high level training and competition. 

Elianna Miles consistently challenged opposing blockers with a quick arm and the ability to manipulate attacking windows. Her strong snap through contact generated quality pace, but she also showed an understanding of how to create uncertainty for the block before finishing swings. She attacked confidently, completed plays with authority, and displayed the offensive instincts coaches appreciate in an outside hitter capable of creating her own opportunities.

Elianna is a 5’8″ outside hitter in the 2030 class that has a frame that allows her real margin for physical development over the next several years. The traits worth tracking on June 24th are her approach footwork, the consistency of her contact point, and how she reads block timing when facing bigger attackers at the net. Being on the official watch list in her state this early suggests a player whose tools are already turning heads.  We are definitely going to be watching her closely at both the showcase and also during the tournament.  I know the scouts in Wisconsin very well and they have a great eye for talent.  I am very eager to see in person what they see on her.
