Knight (pictured) turned into a force in the front row for Oldham County in the fall and continues to execute a variety of shots from the pins and middle during club season. Knight sends balls down lines, pounds crosses and can also run slides and roll shots. Knight powers down ones as well. Knight also forms nice double blocks with opponents. Knight had 250 kills, 47 assisted blocks and nine solo blocks in the fall, helping Oldham County go 22-11 and make it to the 8th Region semifinals.

Knight hopes to have a big season blocking in the middle with the size of opponents the Colonels will face this fall. Knight pounds balls to different parts of the court and has good timing on her blocks. She can angle balls off tall players for big points.

Knight played junior varsity for Oldham County last fall, but moved up in the postseason as the result of injuries. She hopes to fill in a big role for the Colonels this fall. Knight gives good smacks on the ones to different parts of the court. She finished off a game Sunday angling a ball off NKJV 16 Blue’s tallest player at 6-2 and out of bounds.
