Nowak has a heavy, powerful arm swing. She was heavily involved in the Glacier Peak attack, particularly in October. Nowak has a way of pin-balling swings off the block from the outside and the pipe, and defenses can’t track them down before they find the court. The sophomore will attack high hands fearlessly and has been working hard on defense for the Grizzlies.

Nowak is a crucial part of the NPJ Seattle 15 National attack. She will be working with her team to find the Gold Bracket in the 15 Open Division. A six-rotation outside, the 2027 from Glacier Peak is comfortable playing a clever swipe off a block and has the power to hammer the ball when the opportunity is there. Nowack does not get cheated from the service line, she hits a deep serve with pace to put pressure on the passers.

Nowack is one of the initial ranked players from the class of 2027 in Washington, and the Glacier Peak outside showed why at the Triple Crown. She has an excellent overall game, playing hustling defense in the back row, delivering solid passing in serve receive and scoring as an attacker. Against Coast 15-Chris she had a terrific solo block, and ripped a kill to the sharp angle to help keep her NPJ squad in the match. Nowack looks to take charge defensively, and is confident taking free balls and off-speed shots.
