She believes what separates her from other players in the 2027 class is her aggressiveness and her ability to score in a variety of ways. “My aggressiveness and my ability to find the gaps in my swings,” Bossert said.

Rather than relying solely on power, Bossert uses shot selection and court awareness to keep blockers and defenders off balance. Her ability to attack from both pins makes her a versatile offensive weapon who can create matchup problems across the front row.

As she continues through the recruiting process, Bossert is looking for a program that invests in its student-athletes both on and off the court. “I’m looking for a program that supports the athletes academically and athletically and has supportive coaches and teammates,” she said. “I’m also looking for a good nursing program.”

If a college coach watches her play, Bossert hopes they see more than just an offensive threat. “I am dominant on both pins, I’m aggressive and smart with my shots, and I love to support my teammates while playing the game that I love.”

Her recruiting process is progressing well, and she expects to make her college decision soon. “My recruiting is going great. My goal is to make a decision by the end of July or early August.”

Scout’s Take: Bossert is a versatile pin attacker who can score from either the left or right side and has experience at middle. She combines an aggressive offensive approach with smart shot selection and a team-first mentality. Her ability to attack from both pins adds value to any lineup, and with a college decision approaching, she’s on the clock!

Bossert has a strong snap to the ball that has made it very difficult to defend. Bossert runs a ton of different plays to keep the opposing defense guessing. She hits a great sharp cross shot. She does a really good job at swinging around the block and hitting in between the seams of the back row. She has one of the strongest arms in Arkansas and continuing to improve.

Bossert is a phenomenal outside hitter. This club season, she led her team to big successes and will do the same for harmony grove. I watched her in person for the first time at nationals and was highly impressed and can see her playing at the high collegiate level. She has a strong arm swing and is great at swinging through the seams.

Jaycee was an absolute gamer at the showcase. She is the type of player who keeps the game moving and is a reliable force on the pin. She did all of the little things right, from putting up a solid and consistent block to making smart choices on offense. Jaycee could take some massive rips on the ball as well. She had high-level court awareness, especially during gameplay and some of the fast-paced drills.
