Player Bio
How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
I play fast, aggressive and smart. I study the body language of my opponents and read them quite well which has improved my vball IQ. I am confident, competitive, strong, fast, supportive & driven. I don't dwell on mistakes. I pick my teammates up. I will dive for every possible ball and I'm reliable on game point.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
I am smart, dependable, funny, competitive, and a leader. I treat others the way I would like to be treated. I speak up in a kind way if changes are needed. I respect and listen to my coaches and teammates. I find music/dancing as my way to handle stressful situations. I feel like I'm dependable, relatable and someone you can trust.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
I am involved in Seton Helping Saints (we do monthly charity events throughout the city helping/giving to others), American Sign Language Club (I want to be able to communicate with non verbal kids), Medical Club (bc I either want to become a neurosurgeon, a nurse, or speech therapist) and I'm also in the Honors program. I played on the freshman volleyball team & will also be on the track team.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
I am a student ambassador for my school. I am very involved in my community. I participate monthly with various charities throughout the year helping others. I am a captain on my club volleyball team the past two years. I was team captain for 3 years in middle school for my track and cross country teams.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
Yes. I did not play the position I wanted to play last year but I made the most of the situation. I became a leader for my team and then earned the libero position mid season. Not making the position at first, made me work harder. I did outside lessons, watched videos and studied the game. It made my volleyball IQ increase dramatically.
What type of college are you looking for?
Any college that offers my field of study and has a position available for me to add value to their team. Academic and athletic scholarships are added bonuses :)
