About Natalya
How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
I describe myself as a scrappy player who is uplifting towards my teammates and is very loud. I feel like i’m the most hype on my team and my teammates can trust me in the back row!
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
I’m a funny and goofy person who is never really serious when i’m with my friends. I’m a mix of immature and mature but I try to be a fun positive person to be around.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
I receive honors awards and I am part of the AAYA (Arab American Youth Association) who volunteers at shelters and helps out in communities.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
Of my whole club season, I have developed my level of supportiveness and leadership skills towards my teammates. I feel like I am super uplifting towards people I play with. Even if they shank ball after ball I still am telling them they got the next one. I also have developed even better sportsmanship towards opponents.
What type of college are you looking for?
A college with not only good education, but also a college with a great volleyball program. I’ve always wanted to play at top program schools but even if I don’t get there I would still be happy to play D2 or D3 at a less popular volleyball program.

Kantessa Bryant-Miller | Prep Dig Scout
Natalya is a true difference maker in the back row. Her passing and digging help create quality offensive setups for her team, and she competes hard to keep balls alive at all times. She covers a tremendous amount of floor and actively refuses to let balls hit the ground on her side of the court. With a strong defensive foundation already in place and a 3.9 GPA, Natalya has the potential to make major strides as her understanding of libero responsibilities continues to grow.
