She brings excellent hustle on every ball, staying low to the ground and ready to move in any direction. Her platform is firm and repeatable, which gives her passing a level of consistency coaches look for in a back row player. She reads the game well and gets to balls that a lot of defenders her age would let drop. Her overall passing was solid throughout the day, and her habits point to a defender who takes the position seriously.

Natalya is a true difference maker in the back row. Her passing and digging help create quality offensive setups for her team, and she competes hard to keep balls alive at all times. She covers a tremendous amount of floor and actively refuses to let balls hit the ground on her side of the court. With a strong defensive foundation already in place and a 3.9 GPA, Natalya has the potential to make major strides as her understanding of libero responsibilities continues to grow.
