At number 5 she ranks a little high for consideration as an obscure player. However, she played a monumental match against Metro travel in which they almost pulled off a big upset in the first set of their playoff match.

Sophia generated four kills and two aces as Metro National took the lead against Metro Travel 20-19. After a missed serve Metro Travel went on to score the next five points to take the set.

Sophia also played well in the second set with four additional kills, but Metro Travel won that one pretty easily 25-16. Sophia hits right side and plays six rotations. She says she likes hitting right side. At 6’0″ she appears to have the height to play the position.
