Her arm swing mechanics were technically sound throughout the Up Next San Antonio Showcase and the velocity she generated came from proper downswing speed. She made adjustments within her approach when the set moved away from her and found productive contact on balls that gave other hitters in the group trouble. The way she competed when things did not go her way was just as telling as the production when they did. She never let a tough moment linger and that reset ability is one of the more underrated qualities in a young outside hitter.
