The Papio product used her incredible athleticism to take over matches for Banzai last season, particularly at high-stakes qualifiers. Petersen knows how to rise up in the biggest moments, just as Papio did in last year’s state tournament. We hope to see this high-flying attacker back in the mix before long.

The Papio pin hitter’s incredible versatility makes her the ideal L1 who can terminate on either side of the net. Petersen’s success has been a major catalyst to this year’s Nationals breakthrough, so our conversation on 16 Select is not over yet.
