More Pin Hitters to Follow after Nebraska Stock Up Showcase

We've dropped an all-showcase team, discussed surprise stars, and crowned our latest Avoli <em>Committed</em> Athlete. If there's one position group we can expect to thrive at every Prep Dig Circuit stop, this is the one. This junior-to-be at Lincoln Standing Bear was a leading terminator for Nebraska Juniors 16 Black and soared above the net tape during last weekend's event. Engelbart's immediate impression in hitting lines set the tone for her continued dominance in six-on-six drills. Cooper carries the banner for Lincoln High and had a productive club campaign with [program_tooltip program_id='428717' first='Nebraska' last='ONE'] 16 Lime. She's an effortless flyer who can effectively work angles and carve through opposing blockers. Chmelka's range and power captured our attention when she represented Nebraska Juniors 15 Black, so we had lofty expectations for her showcase visit. She backed up this hype by demonstrating a mature all-around game among many of her older peers in six-on-six action. We've documented her six-rotation prominence with Nebraska Elite 16 Surge, which accumulated a heap of victories during this year's qualifier circuit. The South Central NE gem logged plenty of right-side hitter reps at our showcase, but she also exhibited more defensive prowess than you'd expect from an opposite. Myers was eager to absorb contact during first-contact drills and locked down the back row as we transitioned to scrimmages. Holder has a natural, wide approach that allows her to generate plenty of momentum in her swings. Even as she worked with a rotating group of setters at our showcase, Holder found ways to adapt to various tempos and locations. Phillips was a late-season stock riser for this squad who primarily anchored the right side. She gained a ton of experience squaring up against hard-hitting left-side hitters and made considerable strides as a shutdown blocker. This dynamic left-side hitter has proven that all her standout showcase performances can translate to high-level club competition. Morgan and Club Legacy 15 Alpha punched their ticket to USAV Nationals through a championship run at April's Show Me Qualifier.
