Athletic and physical, the 1st team all-league member last season is the key piece for Northview with her assertiveness and ability to score and defend at the net. The Wildcats have good balance in their offense and she currently shares the team high of 2.5 k/s through a solid 44% kill rate. Competing with great purpose and composure, Ramsdell-Washington contributes 3.5 b/m, which is ahead of her 2024 average. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='574427' first='Alayna' last='Sauer']</strong> - Northview<br>Sauer is the returning setter for Northview and the key catalyst to their balance as they average nearly 11 k/s as a team with three key arms all earning similar numbers in their opportunities and success as hitters. With 200 assists dished already in 2025, she is well ahead of her 2024 average. At 9.4 a/s, her increase impact indicates gains in her skills while also increasing her relationships with her hitters through her ability to get them into good situations to score. Sauer was a 2nd team all-league selection in 2024.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='727793' first='Emelia' last='Goetz'] </strong>- Clay<br>A 2nd team all-league selection last season as a sophomore, Goetz returns as Clay's top offensive threat. She is an athletic and physical hitter in the air as she can flat out elevate and terminate with good movement and pace. At 5'9, she is dynamic in her approach work to create big lift and get on time in the air to contact at the peak of her jump, which can create great opportunities for her as she has a fundamentally sound arm swing. At 3.5 k/s in 2024, she leads the Eagles at 4.8 k/s this season, which was kickstarted by a season opening match 25 kills as Clay defeated Northview 3-1</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='835348' first='Maddy' last='Perz'] </strong>- Whitmer<br>Perz has been a consistent offensive threat for the Panthers through two seasons prior to 2025. A 2nd team all-league selection in 2024, she arrived at the new season with a career total of 412 kills and a 3.4 k/s average, to go along with a career average of over 10 digs per match. At 5'7, she has good offensive I.Q. as an attacker as she can swing aggressively to challenge the net defense effectively while also showing good control to swing into open space. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='819902' first='Tierra' last='Parker'] </strong>- Fremont Ross<br>Parker was a 2nd team all-league selection in 2024. The 6'0 middle can create advantages with her size and length along with being left-handed, which is uncommon for the middle position. With 216 kills last season, she is ahead of her average so far in 2025 as she provides 2.6 k/s. She is solid on the defensive side as well as she earned 3.0 b/m in 2024.</p>
