Kaopuiki-Delaney, a senior middle for the Rams, is very effective, transitioning off the net fast to leap into the air and get a hand on the ball. She's able to swing in between blocks, finding gaps and holes in defense. She presses well on the block, covering ground and taking away space.

Urquhart, a junior middle for the Cards, is a tall middle, putting up a very solid and strong block on the net. She closes to her pins, making it difficult for hitters to get past her. Her versatility, attacking at 1's and slides, makes her a strong offensive outlets for her setters.

Pedersen, a junior for the Wildcats, continues to impress. Her game improves with every play, working fast in the middle. She has great eye work on the block, remaining calm and composed so she can move quickly to close blocks and get touches. This past weekend she was a blocking machine, putting up a wall in the middle and challenging the other side of the net.

Hamblin, a sophomore for the Bulldogs, has a fast and efficient approach. She stays behind the ball, creating room for a quick swing on 1's. Her fluid snap on top of the ball, loud communication and contagious energy makes her a well-rounded middle and important asset to her team.

Day, a senior for the Hawks, impressed greatly this past weekend. She is fast in transition, up on almost every ball, and swings hard on the sets she is given. She swings smart on sets that are harder to hit, throwing in tips when necessary. Her "go" or "push 1" is incredibly effective, scoring almost every single time.

Morley, a senior for the Olympians, pushes points with her hard serve and active front row hitting. She swings on a fast tempo 1, moving the ball around to either side of the block. She is able to see the court when she is up in the air, picking a side and scoring points for her team.
