I pulled IAAM into their own group because the teams in their conference and divisions are in multiple counties and I wanted them to be on lists with the teams they play every day. Here's my attempt for the IAAM:

First Team:

[player_tooltip player_id='749757' first='Dakota' last='Pentorn'] - S - AACS. This was kind of a no-brainer. A perfect season. A tremendous offense. Despite runing a modified system where she's not always on the court, she put up spectacular numbers. She really earned this one.

Milla Danek - S - Spalding. There weren't a lot of setters recognized in the IAAM, but Milla had a great season running the offense for Spalding and helping two of her front row players to first team seasons.

[player_tooltip player_id='547072' first='Victoria' last='Small'] - DS - Maryvale. She is one of the best liberos in the state, and helped run her team to the conference finals yet again. They ran into an insane AACS team in the finals, but she did a great job under fire from some of the top hitters in the league.

[player_tooltip player_id='896390' first='Harper' last='Walker'] - DS - AACS. We will see a lot of players from this team. Understandable. They were undefeated. But Harper is a great Libero in her own right and played that way all season. She didn't seem like a freshman out there, and was a big reason why they won the whole thing.

Ashlee Overlea - MH - Spalding. Ashlee is one of the best middles in the IAAM, long arms and good timing, lets her contribute as a legit weapon on offense, and her defense is solid to match, often coming up with solo blocks when her team needs her most.

[player_tooltip player_id='748513' first='Scarlett' last='Netherton'] - Pin - AACS. Yeah shocker seeing my player of the year on here right? She's amazing, if you've seen her play you get it, if you've HEARD her play you get it. Some players just hit the ball so hard it makes you jump and she's one of those players, that much more impressive is that she's not just offensive focused and that all around play keeps her team from having weaknesses out there.

[player_tooltip player_id='753062' first='Madelyn' last='Mauro'] - Pin - Spalding. Another first team candidate from Spalding. They couldn't get here without each other, but they play very well together and have improved much over the past few years. Maddy's hitting really took a jump this season and she was clearly a first team player.

[player_tooltip player_id='555602' first='Bryah' last='Breaux'] - Pin - Garrison Forrest. Bryah is a big time prospect and player. When I say one player can't do it all themselves in volleyball, she almost can, she's that good. Committed to Kentucky, she is a monster hitter and dominant player in the conference.

[player_tooltip player_id='528707' first='Annika' last='Dandridge'] - Pin - Catholic High. Annika is another force of nature. She's committed to Vanderbilt and will be a player you hear about as a freshman in college. She and Bryah are two of the biggest impact hitters in the area and are players you just try to survive.

Second Team:

[player_tooltip player_id='762823' first='Brie' last='Mouton'] - S - AACS. The other half of the setter duo at AACS also runs up some big numbers with that supporting cast.

[player_tooltip player_id='781700' first='Gianna' last='Bonnett'] - DS - AACS. Another freshman DS, but another solid impact defensive player.

[player_tooltip player_id='493358' first='Kennedy' last='Cummins'] - DS - Glenelg Country. She and Kristina make a great one-two punch and led the team to a title win.

[player_tooltip player_id='545725' first='Abisola' last='Adeyemo'] - MH - AACS. She was absolutely dominant at points in the season. I saw her take over a tournament almost single handed. There are a ton of weapons to spread around there, so she doesn't have to, but she has the ability.

[player_tooltip player_id='896386' first='Kristina' last='Melton'] - Pin - Glenelg Country. She's a solid all around 6 pin and is a major part of the reason Glenelg were conference champions.

[player_tooltip player_id='753070' first='Avery' last='Lettinga'] - Pin - AACS. She's fantastic, and it won't be the last time she's on one of these lists. There were just too many weapons for everyone on this roster to be first team. Good enough defensively she could be a DS.

[player_tooltip player_id='749642' first='Sophia' last='Groshek'] - Pin - AACS. Another one that could easily be first team, but there's just too many players on that team. She and Scarlett were just too much for teams to deal with, she's a hard working player who doesn't have many weak spots, but puts in the extra time to work on them if she does. She's about as well rounded as players come.

[player_tooltip player_id='764659' first='Sophia' last='Harari'] - Pin - Maryvale. She's almost the twin to [player_tooltip player_id='749642' first='Sophia' last='Groshek']. Same position. Same style. Same results. She's an awesome all around player and she is a huge part of why Maryvale has been in the title game each year lately.

Honorable Mention:

Chloe Donnelly - S - St. Mary's.

Shae Donnelly - MH - Severn.

[player_tooltip player_id='748492' first='Paetyn' last='Brown'] - MH - AACS

[player_tooltip player_id='895854' first='Dawn' last='Pena'] - Pin - Garrison Forrest

Jasmine Tucker - Pin - St. Paul's

Naliya Hudson - Pin - Severn
