DSHA has been floating around the national rankings and has been at the top of the D1 rankings all season.  There is plenty of experience on this team, multiple athletes who have played in two state championship matches.  Carr has come in and been one of the setters for the Dashers.  She has been playing her club volleyball at Milwaukee Sting and will be one to watch out of the Class of 2030 for years to come.

Stepping in as a freshman and having to run the show as a setter is no easy feat, especially at a a program like DSHA.  Carr has tallied up 100 assists, good for 5.6 per set.  There are plenty of options for attackers as the Dashers have a high powered offense with Tegan Loechler Tegan Loechler 6'3" | S/RS DSHA | 2028 State #45 Nation WI (Louisville), Harper Wendlick Harper Wendlick 6'0" | OH DSHA | 2028 State WI (Xavier), and sophomore Maia Kerry Maia Kerry 6'0" | OH WI .  Carr has plenty of length and could be an athlete who can attack as well.  She’s been well trained for big moments where she will see at DSHA.

Another standout all around player was Camryn Carr Camryn Carr 5'10" | S/RS Divine Savior Holy Angles | 2030 WI .  Carr has length and athleticism like many of these athletes, but seeing her in the setter position you could see how smooth and fluid her skillset is.  She just glides on the court, she gets her feet to the ball which allows her to set a clean ball to her attackers.  She is also someone who can score points with her swing where she can score as an attacker as well.  She was part of Milwaukee Sting 14 Black this past season, played for the Badger Region All Star team, and will be a freshman at DSHA.

Camryn showcased excellent touch as a setter, displaying butter soft hands and consistently delivering hittable balls to her attackers. She ran her offense with confidence while also doing a great job of keeping her team in rhythm. Her quick release helped speed up the tempo of the offense, allowing hitters to attack before blockers could get fully established. Combined with her strong decision-making, Her ability to control the flow of the match made her a key piece of her team’s success.

📌 Camryn Carr Camryn Carr 5'10" | S/RS Divine Savior Holy Angles | 2030 WI | Class of 2030 | 5’6” S/RS

Camryn Carr Camryn Carr 5'10" | S/RS Divine Savior Holy Angles | 2030 WI is a dynamic 2030 setter who brings high energy and hustle to every play. At 5’6”, she can run a fast-paced offense with precision, but she also shows the ability to swing from the right side when her team needs an additional scoring option.

What stands out most is her court awareness and decision-making—Camryn reads blockers and defenders quickly, setting up hitters in optimal positions or taking smart swings herself. Her competitiveness, energy, and versatility make her a player to watch, showing early signs of the skills and mindset coaches look for in a high-level setter and front-row contributor.
