How They Qualified - An Open, an additional National bid and a USA bid provided enough trickle down to get [program_tooltip program_id='476729' first='Paramount' last=''] Priscella into the tournament despite a ninth place finish in the Chesapeake Regional Bid championship. Two seventh place teams, Maryland Juniors and MOCO Magic must not have been available to play, opening a spot up for [program_tooltip program_id='476729' first='Paramount' last='']. They do have a couple 9th place finishes in Qualifiers competing in the American Division.
