MacPherson is a vocal leader on the court for the 15 Blue team. She hustles after balls, crouching down going after balls, but stays under control. She had a number of hard serves over the weekend, keeping opponents out of rhythm. MacPherson said a key to sound digging is trusting teammates, especially the setters to take care of balls and finish plays.
