I am most proud of my attacking skills this year. The feedback I’ve received from coaches shows the progress I’ve made and how much harder I’m working to make a bigger impact. I’m always looking for ways to help my team succeed.

PrepDig has helped me get noticed by college coaches by highlighting my achievements such as NTDP and UA Next on a much larger scale.
Liliana’s Gratitude
I am grateful for amazing teammates who have become some of my closest friends and for the coaches at Costa and SCVC who are helping me reach my potential. Being surrounded by such high quality beach and indoor volleyball pushes me to grow every day.

Earned an invite to the 2025 NTDP Summer Training Series (U18) in Hamilton, Ohio, held July 29 to August 1, 2025. This achievement is recognized as a Recruitable Credential.
In Liliana’s Words:
“I am of course looking forward to working with such talented coaches and players. Most of all, however, I am excited to learn about how volleyball is progressing as a sport. I feel as though the coaches at NTDP understand how the game is developing and teach us that. I am really excited to learn new ways to score that I would’ve never tried before!”

made the most of her time at the college camp by focusing on communication and collaboration. She felt confident in how she connected with new teammates and adapted quickly on the court. Her ability to lead through communication and stay present in a fast-paced setting reflects maturity and self-awareness at a key position.
Lily especially appreciated the opportunity to interact with coaches beyond just skill instruction. “It was great to joke around with the coaches and know that volleyball isn’t all they’re looking for in the recruiting process,” she shared. The experience gave her clarity on what matters most in choosing a college program, team culture, personal happiness, and long-term fit over brand-name recognition. Her advice to others: “Talk to as many coaches as you can and ask them questions, whether it be about themselves or volleyball skills, because they are very skilled and have lots of knowledge to share.” ~ Michelle Bamford @Coachable247

is eager to showcase her blocking skills at the NTDP Spring Training Series, believing that a well-timed block can shift the momentum of a match and energize a team in a way few other skills can. She plans to fully embrace the learning environment by asking coaches plenty of questions and soaking up insights from both the staff and her fellow athletes. Representing Southern California on a national level is a meaningful honor for Lily, who is determined to reflect positively on the volleyball community that has shaped her since she was 13. She feels immense gratitude for the exceptional coaching and talented teammates she’s had along the way. Lily is especially excited to meet new people, having already seen how lasting friendships can form at NTDP.

If she could bring anyone with her, Lily would choose her entire club team, recognizing their hard work, support, and shared deservingness of the opportunity to learn from such high-level coaches. ~ Michelle Bamford @Coachable247
