Sisk (pictured) primarily played opposite hitter last year, but is looking to make an impact at all six spots on the court this year after making major strides there in the spring. Her communication has greatly improved in the last year, especially after playing with great leaders for the Knights last season. Sisk makes outstanding defense to offense transitions and takes solid four to four zone cut shots and crosses. Sisk used her sound range to track down a number of balls under control throughout the event.

Sisk (pictured) will be a good one for the new Lexington Catholic coach to work with. Sisk gets on top of balls and pounds them to the ground. Sisk splits seams and double blocks with precision. Sisk tips off blockers and mixes in good off shots. Sisk aims her body one way, but sends balls the opposite way at the last second. Sisk also produces in the back row with her consistent passing.

Sisk (pictured) does a good job locating balls with precision on the go and nine ball routes. Sisk hits the back row on crosses and line shots forcing defensive specialists to play back. When that happens, Sisk can tip to shallow parts of the court and the middle. Sisk brings great enthusiasm to the court. Sisk also makes things happen out of system. Sisk had 118 kills for the Knights this past season.

Sisk saw a lot of fast-paced action in the spring, helping her adjust to the varsity level quicker than others. Sisk brings versatility to the Knights with her ability to swing from all six spots on the floor. She makes crisp passes then quickly transitions to offense.
