<p><strong>1. Mount Vernon (21-2): </strong>Following a one-match week, the Mustangs posted a 7-0 mark this past week. The highlight was a 3-2 victory at West Delaware, a memorable match played outdoors. In that contest, [player_tooltip player_id='215385' first='Chloe' last='Meester'] went off with 26 kills, 13 digs and 2.0 blocks. She was complemented nicely by [player_tooltip player_id='215389' first='Sydney' last='Maue'], who piled up 18 kills, 16 digs and 2.0 blocks. [player_tooltip player_id='215387' first='Sydney' last='Huber'] dished out 54 assists, and Eryn Jackson picked up 24 digs.</p>

<p><strong>2. Western Christian (10-7):</strong> The Wolfpack last played on Sept. 14. It will come out of that layoff with a busy week, including a major tournament in South Dakota. <p><strong>3. Davenport Assumption (15-6):</strong> The Knights are aging like fine wine this season. They're coming off of a 6-0 week, which ended with a title at the Clinton tournament. The run there included a 2-1 triumph against Wahlert in the championship match. <p><strong>4. Dubuque Wahlert (14-4): </strong>The Golden Eagles enjoyed a 5-1 week with their lone blemish being a 2-1 setback against Assumption in Saturday's title match at the Clinton tournament. They began the week with a 3-1 win at 5A Cedar Rapids Prairie. During that match, [player_tooltip player_id='437486' first='Olivia' last='Donovan']<a href="https://prepdig.com/player/olivia-donovan/"></a> racked up 43 assists and 10 digs. [player_tooltip player_id='215405' first='Audrey' last='Tschiggfrie']<a href="https://prepdig.com/player/audrey-tschiggfrie/"></a> produced a team-high 19 kills, and [player_tooltip player_id='538938' first='Anna' last='Roling']<a href="https://prepdig.com/player/anna-roling/"></a> added 10. Kaylee Walter led the way with 14 digs, while Maddie Mohr and Cailyn Ernst each had 13. Wahlert received 4.0 blocks from Claire Lueken, and Tschiggfrie and Brielle Berning contributed 3.0 apiece.</p>

<p><strong>5. West Delaware (21-2):</strong> The Hawks flew high during the outdoor match against visiting Mount Vernon before falling in five sets. As the saying goes, we can learn about teams in losses as well as wins. They added a championship at their home tournament on Saturday. Against the Mustangs, [player_tooltip player_id='730780' first='Hannah' last='Cantwell'] tallied 14 kills, 13 digs and 6.0 blocks. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='508649' first='Brooke' last='Krogmann']</strong> and Vedah Langel each contributed nine kills, and [player_tooltip player_id='389858' first='Lauren' last='LeClere'] had eight kills and 3.0 blocks. Olivia Halverson came up with 17 digs, while Kirstyn Kolbet put up 23 assists and 12 digs. </p>

Solon (15-8):</strong> The Spartans posted a 2-3 week, which included a 3-1, WaMac loss at Center Point-Urbana along with setbacks to Assumption and Wilton at Saturday's Clinton tournament. At CPU, Grace Irwin was credited with 10.0 blocks during the four-setter. She, [player_tooltip player_id='215430' first='Yasmine' last='Sell'], [player_tooltip player_id='455710' first='Kiley' last='Devery'] and Adelyn Miller teamed up for 30 kills. They topped 5As Cedar Rapids Kennedy and Davenport North. Sophie Buysse picked up a team-best 14 digs with five kills in a 2-0 win against Kennedy. [player_tooltip player_id='730822' first='Kaylee' last='Pelzer'] paced the squad with 10 kills, and Gabriella Morales had 10 digs. </p>
