North Scott (14-2): </strong>The defending state champs move into the top spot on the power of victories against Pleasant Valley and Xavier last week. All-stater [player_tooltip player_id='215392' first='Libby' last='Fandel']'s 139 kills and 87 digs are team highs. Bishop Heelan</strong> <strong>(15-2):</strong> The Crusaders won five of six matches last week. The run included triumphs over Waukee and Pella with the lone loss being against 5A Indianola. Pella (17-4): </strong>Like CCA, the Dutch have faced a challenging schedule. They lost to Centennial, 2-1, last week and also came up short against Heelan. They did top Dallas Center-Grimes and Council Bluffs Lincoln. Pella has received team-bests in kills (145) and digs (166) from [player_tooltip player_id='389942' first='Katie' last='Scheckel']. They also knocked off Waukee at the Southeast Polk tournament. ADM (9-5): </strong>The Tigers clawed their way into the rankings with a pair of victories against Dallas Center-Grimes last week. They put together a strong schedule and have performed well against it. [player_tooltip player_id='506123' first='London' last='Warmuth'] leads ADM with 107 kills and has added 66 digs. [player_tooltip player_id='261063' first='Elise' last='Coghlan'] has 234 assists and 73 digs. Dallas Center-Grimes</strong> <strong>(11-6):</strong> The Mustangs matched up with good competition last week. It included a 2-1 loss to defending state 5A champion Waukee Northwest, and setbacks against ranked 4As in Pella and ADM. Glenwood (15-2):</strong> The Rams were in action just once last week, a sweep at Red Oak.
