My favorite to win it all is Annapolis Area Christian with their super frosh of [player_tooltip player_id='748513' first='Scarlett' last='Netherton'], [player_tooltip player_id='753070' first='Avery' last='Lettinga'], [player_tooltip player_id='749642' first='Sophia' last='Groshek'], [player_tooltip player_id='748518' first='Harper' last='Walker'], [player_tooltip player_id='748492' first='Paetyn' last='Brown'] and [player_tooltip player_id='762823' first='Brie' last='Mouton']. Their opening match is against St. John's Catholic Prep. The two have played once this season and Annapolis swept.

The defending A Bracket champion Maryvale Prep does battle against Archbishop Spalding. Spalding is led by junior outside hitter [player_tooltip player_id='753062' first='Madelyn' last='Mauro']. Maryvale Prep is led by one of the better liberos in Maryland [player_tooltip player_id='547072' first='Victoria' last='Small']. When these two teams last played Maryvale won in four.

Garrison Forest takes its twin towers of 6'4" [player_tooltip player_id='555602' first='Bryah' last='Breaux'] and 6'2" [player_tooltip player_id='895854' first='Dawn' last='Pena'] against Notre Dame Prep. They also have 6'2" [player_tooltip player_id='895852' first='Jessica' last='Murphy'] who leads the team in blocks. Despite all that height Notre Dame Prep beat them in five when the two battled each other in the first match of the season, Notre Dame pulling off the reverse sweep.

In the B bracket St. Mary's and Gerstell Academy get byes. Glenelg County goes against Catholic and John Carroll battles Bryn Mawr. Glenelg is led by Libero [player_tooltip player_id='493358' first='Kennedy' last='Cummins']. The one time they played Catholic during the season they beat them in four. The last time John Carroll faced Bryn Mawr they won in four.

In the C bracket Severn School plays Concordia Prep, Indian Creek faces off against St. Timothys, Our Lady of Mount Carmel does battle with Beth Tfiloh and Park School plays Key.

My picks for champions were Annapolis Area Christian for bracket A, no pick for bracket B since I picked Garrison Forest, not realizing they advanced to bracket A and no pick for bracket C since many of the teams lacked rosters. My alternate pick for the B bracket will be Glenelg County.
