I happened upon Wylie when scouting her Iowa Juniors 14U team at the USAV Junior Nationals. The incoming Ankeny freshman was operating through six rotations as an outside hitter and doing so at a high level. Wylie’s athleticism stands out, aiding her in getting above the net and hanging in the air. There’s power in the swing with room for more as strength is added. With sharp reflexes and lateral quickness, Wylie does well in getting into position for blocks and in digging the ball up in the back row. Wylie is entering an Hawk program historically adept at developing talent and is one to watch moving forward.
