Elle Isaacson Elle Isaacson 6'1" | OH Ankeny | 2028 State IA is a promising piece in the Hawks program. Isaacson knows how to get the job done in more ways than one. She is a reliable hitter and always makes herself an option no matter where she’s at on the court. The junior also works hard on defense and has an incredibly nasty float serve.

I remember scouting Isaacson throughout the 2025 Northern Lights Qualifier and thinking the upside was tremendous. The long-limbed attacker has begun realizing that potential in the last year. She worked hard on her all-around game and became more consistent in all aspects. The main attraction is a huge swing that can end the action in an instant. Isaacson rises well above the net, creates torque and hammers down on the defense. She took her game to another level in helping PowerPlex qualify for the USAV Nationals this year and will be one of the main contributors for an Ankeny team with its eyes on a Class 5A title. Isaacson rose up two spots to No. 10 in the latest Prep Dig Iowa Class of 2028 rankings. The Drake commitment has as much upside as any prospect in the cycle.
