Harbour’s recruitment likely has been slowed by having to wait her turn at one of the state’s top prep programs. Her’s to her making up for lost time with a great senior season at Ankeny. Before that, however, college coaches would be wise to check her out playing for RVA Roots on the club circuit. I watched her play multiple times with PowerPlex last year and was looking forward to what she could do this season. While I haven’t gotten an opportunity to watch Harbour in person, she’s provided video highlights for us. The serve-receive footage looks sharp. She reads the ball well and passes precisely. Reflexes and reaction time are keen. Harbour can deliver on the two ball and does a nice job aligning the back-row defense during pre-serve reads.

Here’s another Iowa PowerPlex star for the list. Harbour looked incredibly comfortable as she competed in her home gym during the 2024 showcase circuit. Of course, this libero has also translated her savvy defense to high-stakes venues and regional qualifiers. Harbour’s quick first step puts her in the right spot to control tips and roll shots to the center of the court. She can also dig plenty of heat in the crosscourt, especially as she competes against the nation’s best with PowerPlex.

A product of training in two of the state’s top programs, Harbour is a steady hand in the back row. She reads the attack well and uses that to get into the best position to make plays. Harbour’s quick feet and sharp reflexes aid her performance in defending the back. She communicates well and moves smoothly around her teammates. Harbour still has room to grow and develop as a player, which should be exciting for college coaches.
