Playing up as a setter can be daunting, and ascending two age groups must be a Herculean task. However, Hoogeveen shows no signs of hesitation or apprehension when she competes with Premier Nebraska 17 Silver. This 2029 signal-caller has already seen quality reps on the Class A stage with Bellevue West. A fall gauntlet with the Thunderbirds primed Hoogeveen for any challenge she could face while sparring with the 17s this spring. Her agile feet and smooth hands were a difference-maker at MEQ and will keep setting the pace throughout the 2026 campaign.
