About Rhyan

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Hi! I'm Rhyan Roby, Class of 2029, and a Freshman at Hamilton Southeastern High School in Fishers, Indiana. I currently hold a 4.28 GPA and take pride in bringing the same intensity to the classroom as I do to the court. I've competed in multiple sports growing up, including softball and track, but volleyball has always been my true passion.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Raised on a foundation of high standards, my dad Courtney Roby, played 10 years in the NFL and was a Super Bowl Champion with the New Orleans Saints. From him, l've learned that talent may open doors, but work ethic, discipline, and commitment create lasting success. I’m coachable, ultra-competitive and continually focused on developing my skill set with a team-first mentality.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I’ve had the privilege to serve and be involved with some amazing clubs and organizations such as: Girl Scouts of America, National FFA, HOSA (Future Health Professionals), FCCLA (Family, Career and Community Leaders of America), Key Club & National Honor Society.
