Eichert is a deserving choice as the tournament MVP- her dominant play powered Lake Stevens to a fourth-place finish, and every team they faced this season knew the set was coming her way.

Earlier this year, we said about the 2026 libero: "Duong is a player on the rise, and she will be a massive piece for a Curtis High School team hoping to challenge for a state 4A Championship." Duong more than proved our read; she passed nails in serve receive, helping the Vikings offense dominate teams in the post-season.

The Kennedy Catholic setter controlled the action out of a 5-1 for the Lancers; her buttery hands, leadership, and gritty play kept the squad rolling towards their runner-up finish this season. Quitiquit is an extension of the coach on the floor, precisely what you hope to see from a prospect at the position.

The senior took over matches as a high-flying attacker from all angles this season. Demirjian has all the tools for the indoor and outdoor games. She is a stellar defender and scored with power and finesse as Wenatchee finished strongly in third place at the Sun Dome by sweeping Lake Stevens.

The 3A team had a heavy Eastern Washington feel, with Ridgeline from Liberty Lake and Mt. Spokane taking four spots after finishing in first and third place, respectively. If you count [player_tooltip player_id='251026' first='Kaitlyn' last='Nguyen'] at her natural libero position, three defenders were on the first team- no libero bias here!

Conner was North Thurston's primary hammer; she played with excellent vision, seeing the block and finding open seams to thunder down kills. Ridgeline ran multiple blockers and attackers with size at the Rams and Conner, finally slowing her down enough to take a five-set victory in the championship match. Her size and strong overall game will make her a difference-maker on the beach at Cal-Poly.

The junior continues to impress with her clean serve receive and ability to adjust throughout a match to what the opposing team is attacking. Livingston had good footwork, was not afraid to take balls out of her area, and was accurate, setting Ridgeline attackers on both pins after the setter took the first ball.

Neilson is an indoor and beach volleyball prospect who recently verbally committed to play at Boise State University. She played the unique middle blocker/middle back for Mt. Spokane, passing, attacking from the pipe, and controlling the net during her front-row rotations. Neilson's versatility from years on the beach shone brightly; she played with terrific feel and manufactured points in multiple ways for the Wildcats.
