USAV National Tournament 15U Qualifiers from Iowa

The state's top club teams hold their own with some of the country's top programs.   The final measurement happens at the USAV National Tournament, this summer taking place in Indianapolis. There's also the AAU Nationals in Orlando, which doesn't require bid qualification for participation.   Here's a look at Iowa teams from the 15U age group that have earned bids to the USAV Nationals, a list that was last updated by the organization on April 23:   15U   Open Division   None.   National Division   Iowa United 15-1 Elite - The bulk of this roster qualified in the Open as 14s and sat out the Iowa Regional. This year, the group handled the regional in convincing fashion, grabbing Iowa's lone National bid. With the placement, the squad locked up an American Division bid. Freedom Division   RVA 15U Gladden - Roots played well above being the fourth-seed in its own pool at the Iowa Regional Tournament. It rose up for a fifth-place finish, earning a Freedom Division bid along with that achievement. DBQ County WDVB 15-1 - This team run through Western Dubuque Volleyball entered the Iowa Regional Tournament as the sixth seed. Playing to that seed, it came up one place short of a USAV National bid. Since then, a Freedom Division bid trickled down to Dubuque county, giving the Iowa Region an impressive six 15U teams heading to nationals.
